Objetivos:

General objective
Promoting Rural territory-based processes in Latin America 

Specific objective 
Promoting the development of those areas in the town districts that belong to the Abreu d´Lima Socialist Agrarian Pole (PAS).

Descripción:

Developed on the ground in Venezuela by the ETEA Foundation and the Agrarian Civic Power Department, the objective of this project is to promote the development of those areas in the town districts that belong to the Abreu d´Lima Socialist Agrarian Pole (PAS).

The local technical team involves employees of the department of General Management for Rural Development, part of the wider department mentioned above, working in Caracas and in the regions of Barna and Portuguese.
