Description: Technical design services to be provided by a Computer Aided Design (CAD) draftsman for updating the existing AutoCAD electro-technical, mechanical and architectural/constructional drawings via StabiCAD and other ‘as-built’ data for buildings of the JRC in Petten as well as creating new drawings linked to different projects.

A more detailed task description of the services to be provided is specified below, and it can
be assumed that these tasks should be performed as a minimum portfolio (but not as a
limitation):
-keeping the existing JRC archive of drawings up-to-date;
-changing the existing CAD drawings to correspond with the correct drawing method;
-updating and making changes to existing CAD drawings;
-performing on-site surveys on buildings and installations to complete missing or unclear
-information and to update the existing CAD drawings accordingly;
-creating new drawings in correspondence with the abovementioned drawing types;
-archiving ‘as-built’ documents (scanning of text documents, digitalising groupings of
-photos) and maintaining the archive set-up;
-creating copies of drawings for users;
-providing digital drawings;
-coordinating the drawing services at the site of the contractor
