Description of the procurement: The general aim of the contract to be signed as a result of this procurement is to supply a turn-key solution, and the elements needed, in order to allow EUSPA to act and operate as Root Certification Authority (RCA) and as Subsidiary Certification Authority (SCA) of a EUSPA PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) in support of Galileo Open Service Navigation Message Authentication (OS-NMA) service provisioning.
