Detailed description of the project:

1. "Evaluate UNHCR's actions, including those executed in articulation with other United Nations agencies, funds and programs, within the framework of the lines of cooperation agreed in the 2015-2019 Four-Year Plan.
2. Analyze the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability, with emphasis on strengthening national and local capacities, of the cooperation offered by UNHCR and its contribution to national priorities.
3. Analyze the results of the cooperation offered by UNHCR.
4. Obtain lessons learned, achievements, best practices, implementation constraints and formulate concrete conclusions andrecommendations to serve as a basis for the planning of the next cooperation cycle, also making possible the accountability and the fulfillment of the purposes of UNHCR's evaluation policy".
