Detailed description of the project:

The mid-term decentralized evaluation of the PRRO corresponds to a process evaluation, determining the achievements and findings of the implementation, as well as the development of learning elements that contribute to the identification of success factors and opportunities for improvement for the implementation of the CSP 2017-2021. It seeks to establish the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the PRRO in the following topics: i) implementing partners (IS), ii) targeting of beneficiaries, iii) decentralization of processes and identification of control points, iv) local procurement, v) training in nutrition, and vi) gender mainstreaming and women's empowerment.
