Description: 

The contractor will facilitate the implementation of the project "Support for refugees, migrants and host communities in the district of Bogotá, Colombia" through different tasks. The contractor will be responsible for the following work packages as well as for reaching the associated milestones which are described in detail in the technical documents.

Work Package 1: Institutional Strengthening

WP 1.1. Information System

WP 1.2. Strengthening of transversal capacities

Work Package 2: Social Integration

WP 2.1 Training and strengthening of capacities

WP 2.2 Inclusion Strategy for the LGBTI community

WP 2.3 Innovation Projects for the work package Nr. 2

WP 2.4 Dissemination of services offered by the Mayor´s Office or the National Government

Work package 3: Economic Integration

WP 3.1 Technical analysis for the integration of refugees and migrants in Bogotá

WP 3.2 Self-employment projects with microfinance entities and business coaching

WP 3.3 Training for labour inclusion in the private sector and for managing personal finances

Work package 4: Reproductive health and sexual self-determination

WP 4.1 Elaborate a needs analysis about the status quo of the provision of family planning services in the host communities

WP 4.2 Design and facilitate implementation projects with the civil Society for immediate response to urgent needs in topics of reproductive health and sexual self-determination of the target population

WP 4.3 Design and facilitate direct support projects for the interventions of the Mayor´s Office of Bogotá in the area of reproductive health
