Electricity Connections for Lyntown Trading Estate

The owner of a trading estate consisting mostly of warehouse accommodation requested a study to ascertain the capital outlay required to improve the electrical network infrastructure in order to accommodate light manufacturing/industrial usage.

Description of Services Provided:

PPA Energy constructed a demand model, based on in-house models and on site data provided by others, and extrapolated various potential demand scenarios.  The data provided by the local Distribution Network Operator was then evaluated to give the client a view of the likely capital costs for upgrading the electrical infrastructure for each demand scenario.  Security of supply, and power quality considerations were also addressed.
