Brief description:
In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Economics, Labor and Energy for the promotion of business start-ups and company successions in the state of Brandenburg, the Technology and Start-Up Center Brandenburg an der Havel GmbH has become the project sponsor in the EU funding period 2021-2027 "Start-ups in Brandenburg (GiB)". for the "Regional Consulting and Qualification Projects" project for TGZ GmbH, which is funded by the ESF fund and the state of Brandenburg, and is currently at the early start of the measures. The pilot service has the task of supporting those interested in founding a company in the pre-founding phase up to the time of their founding or company succession. Individually adapted consulting and qualification services are
required for this. We are looking for consultants to be included in a framework agreement (=pool of external startup consultants) for the implementation of these consulting services (see No. 1 and No. 2 of the description of services).

Description of the procurement: Lot No: 1 Examination of the suitability for founding within the framework of the implementation of development centers.
The development and testing of start-up ideas and the determination of the individual development potential of the participants takes place within the framework of DC. A DC serves to determine the individual development potential of the participants, in particular their abilities such as corporate personality and leadership qualities, as well as the derivation of development measures that are prerequisites for a successful start-up. DC's are to be carried out regularly over a period of 1-3 days with a trainer. The number of days depends on the number of participants and their level of development. To carry out this DC, external service providers are sought who will be included in a pool. With regard to the exact scope of tasks, reference is made to the service description.

Description of renewals:
Contract extension option: The client has the right to extend the contract once by one year until December 31, 2026. The client must inform the contractual partners in text form by October 31, 2025 that it has exercised the option to extend the contract. If there is no express extension, the contract ends automatically at the end of the basic contract period.
