Description

The project aimed to diagnose constraints, opportunities and priorities for pig and poultry development among small livestock producing households at seven pilot sites in Thai Binh and Thanh Hoa. The study involved the collection and processing of baseline data in order to establish a benchmark and a basis for monitoring and evaluating the progress, outcomes and impact of future DANIDA activities in Viet Nam. The study also aimed to assist in developing a participatory monitoring and evaluation framework, achieved through conducting a participatory rapid appraisal information gathering process at the seven proposed project sites in Thai Binh and Thanh Hoa and conducting baseline surveys at the proposed project sites in Thai Binh and Thanh Hoa.
