Description: Crack fill, Seal Coat, and Re Stripe Existing Asphalt Parking Lots and Driveways at ARS PSGRU and ARS AHERU
The Contractor shall provide all professional services necessary for the accomplishment of the contract project and such required services shall be in accordance with requirements as described herein.

• Crack fill, Seal Coat, and Restripe Parking Lots and drive areas at 2 locations. The parking lots and drive areas at the ARS PSGRU at 1301 N. Western Rd 74075 in Stillwater, Ok (approximately 58464 sqft attached pic) and the parking lot at ARS AHERU at 9501 W. Lakeview Rd. 74074 Stillwater Ok(approximately 10092 sqft attached pic).
• Clean existing parking lots as required by Manufacturer of the crack fill and Sealer.
• Fill cracks with crack sealer per manufacturer’s specification.
• The Crack filler shall be Star Sta-Flex or Approved Equal.
• Apply minimum of 2 coats asphalt sealer per Manufacturer’s Specification.
• The asphalt sealer shall be Crafco Action Pave LP Pro, or Approved Equal.
• Stripe parking spaces same as existing including handicap spaces per ADA requirements.
• The paint for the parking space stripes shall be Rust-Oleum Professional Industrial Enamel Paint, or Approved Equal.
