Scope of Contract: The scope of the project includes design, supply, operate & maintain  Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system in tandem on the existing Manual Toll Collection (MTC) system for Addis Ababa-Adama Expressway (AAE) and to designate the Toll gates for ETC system on the basis of the existing AAE Toll system, according to needs assessment and actual conditions, to add ETC lanes at each Toll station, improve the vehicles’ passing capacity of the Toll stations, improve traffic congestion at Toll gates, and further improve service and management for ETRE.
