Description

This assignment was commissioned in order to produce a short technical paper laying out the different policy approaches and positive incentives for REDD (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation), with a particular emphasis on lessons from and for Africa. This paper was used to inform discussions at the UNFCCC Ad-hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action in Ghana August 2008.
