Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance Administrator (VEGA)

FLAG served as the administrator of VEGA from 2004 – 2009. VEGA is a consortium of non-profit economic growth volunteer organizations. Like FLAG, VEGA focuses on enterprise development, financial services, economic governance, and agriculture, in addition to volunteerism. FLAG provided direct support in the areas of human resource management and financial administration. By outsourcing these services to FLAG, VEGA’s core staff was able to focus on program implementation, serving its members, and conducting outreach to USAID – VEGA’s primary donor.
