Description

The objective of this project is to establish a Centre of Excellence in Ukraine, for the training of NNEGC Energoatom (EA) maintenance and management personnel, to assure a) sustainable and continuous improvement in maintenance activities with regard to the NPP and its equipment, b) sustainable and continuous improvement in the management capability of EA junior and middle level management, and c) sustainable improvement in safety culture and the overall safety management capabilities of NPP personnel at all levels. Contract activities will include:

  • Review and study of international best practice, and training needs analysis for maintenance and management training;
  • Definition of content and development of training based on a systematic approach including

 a) a training programme and material for maintenance, and

 b) management training courses, programmes and material, including training aids, lesson plans, assessment documents, handouts and handbooks as well as multimedia/CBT training courses;

  • Delivery of sequences of pilot training courses for maintenance personnel in special training laboratories as well as mid-level management;
  • Delivery of sequences of training courses for the training centre instructors involved in management training;
  • Development of technical specifications and tender dossiers for related equipment supply tenders.
