Unit # 2 : Supplies heat and cooling to 1,600 square feet of Office first floor area. The existing furnace/AC unit is a Lenox HS25-511 with BV12448-BNR29. Heating capacityoutput is 82,000 BTUH. The cooling capacity is 46,500 BTUH. Amperage rated on existing unit is 31.4 amps.
