Scope of Contract: Consultancy Services for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Project

The objective of this consultancy service is to prepare Transit-oriented development (TOD) detail urban design for the selected areas of Addis Ababa city as a pilot project through an integrated land use and mass transport development to facilitate access to basic services, infrastructures, Housing, job/Employment density, and improvement of the overall economy of the residents in the project area through plan intervention.
