Description: The Aspen-Sopris Ranger District office located in Carbondale, CO is being demolished and reconstructed. As a result, staff will need to be relocated to a temporary office space. The space must be within approximately 15-mile radius of the current Aspen-Sopris Ranger District Office located at 620 Main Street in Carbondale, CO. Total square footage required is approximately 1500-1700. The space must have an open office area and one to two private offices. Conference space is preferred, but not required. The space must have at least one accessible restroom with commode and sink. A breakroom space is preferred, but not required. Space must have adequate security (exterior doors must lock). Space must be climate controlled with thermostatically controlled central HVAC unit(s) with supply ducting. Space must be equipped with accessible ramp if stairs are required for entering. There are no parking requirements.
