Under the National Emission Reduction Commitments Directive (2016/2284/EU), the Commission has the obligation to review the national emission inventory data reported by Member States, as a basis for compliance checks. This contract covers four annual reviews (2024 to 2027). The start of a subsequent phase depends on the satisfactory completion of the previous phase.
