VII.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract): (a) that the Client is in the process of public procurement, for the execution of works on the construction of the Regional Center of Competence in Split (hereinafter: Construction), within the framework of the project - KK.09.1.3.01.0025 - Establishment of the infrastructure of the Regional Center of Competence of the Tourism and Hospitality School , Split, the selection decision selected the offer of Contractor no. 154-21 of 22.12.2021. as the most economically advantageous offer.
(b) that in accordance with the public procurement procedure carried out above, and on the basis of the executive decision on selection, a Contract on the construction of signs Class: 361-01/22-01/01 was concluded between the Client and the Contractor; Registration number: 2181-28-01-22-01 from August 19, 2022. and Addendum to the agreement, Class: 361-01/23-01/1; Registration number: 2181-340-23-1 from 09.01.2023. (hereinafter: Contract).
(c) Article 4.1. The contract is amended and now reads:
»The contract price of the works from Article 2 of the Contract is:
Price of works (without VAT): EUR 11,298,031.91 (hereinafter: Contract price);
VAT (25%): EUR 2,824,507.98;
Total price of works (including VAT): EUR 14,122,539.89.«.
(d) Article 7.2. The contract is amended and now reads:
»Date of completion of works (Date of construction) The deadline for the completion of the works (Construction Deadline) within the framework of this Agreement is 16 months, increased by an additional 123 calendar days.«.
(e) Article 7.3. The contract is amended and now reads:
»Final completion deadline
The deadline for final completion is 18 months, increased by an additional 123 calendar days from the date of commencement of works to the date of the Building Takeover Record.
The deadline for final completion includes:
(A) the construction period of 16 months increased by an additional 123 calendar days from the date of commencement of works to the date of the Certificate of Completion of Works and Readiness for Technical Inspection of the Building, with the fact that the delivery period (which includes preparation, verification and approval (acceptance)) of the executive of the project 7 months from the date of commencement of works.
(B) the final period of 2 months, which includes: carrying out a technical inspection, obtaining the Operating Permit and taking over the Building.«.
(f) Article 43.1 UU is amended and now reads:
»Payment under the Agreement is made in euros (EUR), the official currency in the Republic of Croatia. 1 EUR = 7.53450 HRK in accordance with the Law on the introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Croatia according to the fixed conversion rate determined by the Council of the EU.«.

7.1. Modification
Article 4.1. The contract is changed and now reads: changed and now reads: "The contract price of the works from Article 2 of the contract is: Price of the works (without VAT): EUR 11,602,261.14 (hereinafter: Contract price); VAT (25%): EUR 2,900,565.29; Total price of the works (including VAT): EUR 14,502,826.43.
Article 7.2. The contract is changed and now reads: »The deadline for completion of works (Construction deadline) The deadline for completion of works (Construction deadline) within the framework of this Agreement is 16 months, increased by an additional 188 calendar days.«
Article 7.3. The contract is changed and now reads: »Term of final completion The term of final completion is 18 months increased by an additional 188 calendar days from the date of commencement of works to the date of the Record of Taking over the building. The deadline for final completion includes:
(A) the construction deadline of 16 months increased by an additional 188 calendar days from the date of commencement of works to the date of the Certificate of Completion of Works and readiness for technical inspection of the Building, provided that the deadline for delivery (which includes construction, certification and approvals (acceptance)) of the implementation project 7 months from the date of commencement of works.
(B) the final period of 2 months, which includes: carrying out a technical inspection, obtaining the Operating Permit and taking over the Building.«.
