Services for EU’s external action 2023

II.1.4) Short description:
The framework contract is mainly intended to support the European Commission Directorates-General in charge of the implementation of External Action: DG INTPA, DG NEAR, FPI and EU Delegations. The objective of this framework contract is to provide a contractual tool that can mobilise rapidly (compared to a standard tender procedure) through specific contracts the expertise required to assist the European Commission departments in implementing their policies. The expertise required may cover any sector within a lot in any geographic area of the world.

II.2.7) Duration of the contract, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system

Description of renewals: The initial duration of the FWC is 24 months from the date notified by the contracting authority with at least 7 days notice (no sooner than the date of entry into force/no later than 3 months after the signature).
The FWC is renewed automatically 1 time for 24 months, unless one of the parties receives formal notification to the contrary at least 3 months before the end of the ongoing duration.
