Description: NRS Parsons WV Reception Area HVAC Replacement in West Virginia

The contractor provides all labor, equipment, material, supervision, transportation, clean up and related services to perform the following:
1. Remove existing AC unit (1) indoor air handler, (1) outdoor condenser, and old refrigerant piping.
2. Install new Natural Gas Furnace and outdoor condenser, as well as indoor evaporator coil.
3. Install one 1” BIP “tee” and approx. 40 ft. of 1” gas line and any other necessary fittings to connect gas to new indoor unit (all state, Federal, and local codes apply), and install PVC fume vent, and fresh air intake piping to outdoors, size and gauge determined by state and local codes as well as manufactures installer codes.
4. Existing electrical can be utilized for indoor and outdoor unit but will need to be inspected to make sure wire gauge and breaker size is sufficient for the new units.
5. Install new copper refrigerant line sets from indoor to outdoor unit, charge with nitrogen and leave for 24hrs, to leak check new units. Units must maintain constant pressure for the 24hr period before installation can resume.
6. Install 7-day programmable thermostat and program per COR direction.
7. Start unit and test both heating and cooling modes as well as testing cfm at all supply and return grills to guarantee adequate air supply in all rooms as well as to the indoor units (size to all Federal, State, local codes).
8. Clean work area and instruct maintenance staff on care and maintenance of new units.
