Objective :
The network's 2024 work program is clear, coherent and complementary which allows to raise awareness and encourage the engagement, inclusion and active participation of young people, especially young people with fewer opportunities, in democratic, civic, social and economic life in Europe, also in view of the 2024 elections to the European Parliament, through initiatives using the instruments of the European Union Erasmus +, the European Solidarity Corps, and through the appropriate spaces and formats, time and capacity that the AMSED and its network have to listen to young people, take into account their concerns and support them in the development of concrete and inclusive opportunities. The annual work plan is structured as an inclusion journey and is subdivided into 4 workpackages (WP) with a transnational cooperation with young people in particular with fewer opportunities (migrants, NEET, from rural and isolated areas, disadvantaged suburbs, minorities), youth workers, NGOs, local authorities, decision makers, elected, and multisectorial stakeholders, transversal in all activities promoting participation, inclusion and awareness on the European Union youth strategy 2019-2027 as well as 11 youth goals. Thus, through 4 work packages, AMSED and young people and members of the network and beyond, work with a strong influence ensuring a dual role on the youth scene, on the one hand a top-down multiplier effect (implementation of youth activities from the local to the European within the framework of the EU Strategy 2019-2027) and on the other hand, the bottom-up contribution to the development of youth policies from the local to the European (evaluation of the EU youth policy and perspectives, recommendations, advocacy, deliverables…).
