Description: The work for this project shall include, but not be limited to removal and disposal of the old unit; and provide all parts, tools, labor, material and, equipment to install an Electric Mini Split – Ductless Air Conditioner/Heat Pump with the option of adding an additional split system. Materials and Supplies:

Computer Room Split Ductless Unit

• The new unit shall replace the Carrier 2 ton condensing unit (Model 38HDR) and under ceiling fan coil (model 40QAC024) with equivalent or better.
• Contractor can reuse Carrier thermostat model 53DF250SL and existing 208/230 wiring.
• Contractor shall replace all line set and insulation/line set cover

Option 1: Gym HVAC unit

• The unit provided shall be capable of heating and cooling an approximate area of 650 sq ft. The area has 12' ceilings and poor insulation.
• Contractor shall be responsible for verifying the size of the space prior to ordering the new unit.
• The new unit shall be a minimum of 1.5-ton capacity and will used existing 220V wiring.
• New unit shall be capable of remote-control operation.
