Description

PMO conducted an organizational development project for alco story Smugglers. The consultancy project included a three-wave of mystery customer research and an anonymous staff survey. Based on the assessment of internal documents and in-depth interviews of the management team, a sales diagnostic tool was created and recommendations were provided to improve corporate sales and management systems.
