Description: A need for a Base plus 4 Service Contract for on-site cleaning services. The contractor is responsible for supplying personnel pertinent to the job function. Supervision and coordination of personnel will be the responsibility of the contractor. Technical Requirements/Tasks:

1. Arrive on site; empty trash and recyclables throughout the facility.
2. Clean restrooms and restock, dust mop and/or damp mop hard surfaces and utilize a floor scrubber for tiled hallways, vacuum as needed throughout the facility, spot clean glass, dust furniture and surface area as needed, and ensure cleanliness throughout the facility.
3. Restock labs with tri-fold paper towels as needed.
4. Based on the average usage of the facility, the vendor will supply the following consumables:

• Sixteen (16) cases annually of tri-fold paper towels (9” x 9” or similar) to be distributed as needed within the breakroom, laboratories, and unisex bathroom.
• Four (4) cases annually of two-ply, standard roll toilet paper. 80 total rolls.
• Twelve (12) cases annually of 24 x 32 – 15-gallon trash bags. 6000 total.
• Twelve (12) cases annually of 33 x 39 – 33-gallon trash bags. 3000 total.
• Six (6) cases annually of Hard wound roll towels 8” wide. 36 total.
• Four (4) cases annually of Kleenex (or similar) 2-ply facial tissue. 108 boxes total.
• Eighteen (18) cases annually of Gojo 5665 (or similar) foaming hand wash. 36 total.
• Twelve (12) cases annually of 2-ply kitchen roll paper towels. 144 rolls total.
• Three (3) cases annually of Purell GOJ911802 (or similar) hand sanitizing wipes. Six (6) total packages.
