Description

The aim of the contract is to contribute towards improved availability of skilled human resources needed to meet the changing demand of the public and private water sector in Tanzania. The proposed action will improve the Water Resources Institute (WRI) as a key training institution within the water sector. Selected staff members shall gain new managerial and educational skills through appropriate training measures, market needs will also be adhered to and thus contributing to improving skills of service providers and effective water and sanitation services provision.
