Market Test and Regassification Code for an FSRU

Detailed project description: For a major oil & gas player, we provided regulatory support in the context of the binding market test phase for a 5 bcm/year FSRU. In the first phase of the project, we i) reviewed the regulatory strategy to support the client in interacting with the regulator, ii) developed a high-level product design and iii) drafted the binding market test documentation (Guidelines, Market Notice). Following the Market Test, commitments by third parties reached up to 25 years from the estimated Commercial Operation Date, reaching up to 2 bcm/year. The second phase of the project consisted in drafting the commercial documentation, and particularly the Regassification Code, the Inter-User Agreement and the Terminal User Agreement.
