Title: Central Application System (AC) Services

Description: Numbering in accordance with the Specification of Order Conditions, available at https://zamowienia-mrpips.ezamawiajacy.pl/pn/zamowieniamrpips/demand/153860/notice/public/details 3.1. The subject of the order are services regarding the Central Application (AC) in the scope of: a) development; b) administration and removal of failures and errors; c) User support and provision of the Helpdesk service. 3.2. Detailed information regarding the description of the subject, scope and conditions of implementation of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft Agreement Provisions (PPU) together with appendices. 3.3. For the purposes of preparing offers, the ordering party will make the AC documentation available for review, i.e.: "AZ user documentation", "AC technical documentation" and "AC personal data scope", constituting Appendix No. 3 to the personal data processing entrustment agreement (Appendix No. 8 to the PPU). The documentation will be made available via the Platform upon the written request of the contractor.
