PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The TA be used to draft Kiribati’s enabling legal and regulatory framework to encourage future private sector participation in RE, provide capacity building to key energy sector stakeholders, and conduct all required due diligence including grid integration and feasibility studies to ensure a well-prepared Project.
