PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project global objective is to contribute to the implementation of the Partnership Priorities through strengthening the institutional and administrative capacity of respective state agencies and reinforce policy development in the food safety system. The specific objective is to strengthen the capacity of the competent authorities for effective management of plant pest surveillance and eradication programmes as well as prevention of introduction and/or spread of pests.
