Contract description: Asian Development Bank (ADB)’s Office of Markets Development and Public-Private Partnership (OMDP) supported by the Climate Change, Resilience and Environment Cluster (CCRE) is assisting the Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (GoTL) and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GoPH) in development of carbon markets utilizing the regional technical assistance (TA) entitled “Establishing a Support Facility for Article 6 of the Paris Agreement”.
