Contract description: The consultant team will support the preparation of the Proposed Digital Agriculture Management for Improved Food Security Project through the conduct of feasibility studies and due diligence reports for the proposed interventions. It will identify targeted support for herders and livestock farmers, as well as (public) service providers in the livestock sector. Measures on sustainable pasture management and the impact of climate change need to be well incorporated. The firm will also identify areas for capacity building support on procurement, financial management, and other needs relevant to the project for the Ministry of Agriculture and other relevant agencies.
