Description: 1) Removal and replacement of roofing systems on various informational kiosks, restroom buildings, and pumphouses located throughout the Black Hills National Forest. The Contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of materials removed on each building, assessing deck and fascia board, and providing and installing new roofing systems and as described in the Project Specifications.
2) Remove and replace siding and/or fascia on various informational kiosks, restroom buildings, and pumphouses located throughout the Black Hills National Forest. Contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of all siding on each building, assessing condition of building wrap and sheathing, and providing and installing new building wrap, sheathing, and siding as described in the Project Specifications.

Contractor shall be responsible for all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to complete the work and includes painting/staining all exposed exterior wood siding, trim, columns, and beams for each building awarded.
