Objective:
"""CultuRhythmics: Global Beats in Sports Training"" is an innovative project aimed at integrating diverse cultural dance styles and music into sports training routines. This initiative focuses on providing accessible and engaging training materials for coaches, particularly in grassroots sports clubs, to enhance the quality of sports practices and promote cultural diversity and inclusion. The literature points out cross-disciplinary, closely monitored and systemically structured training approaches to decrease early carrier injuries and pertaining to that career termination. Research conducted on Danish athletes engaged in gymnastics, tennis, swimming, and football demonstrated that individuals who commenced specialized training later in their lives, after participating in a variety of sports disciplines, achieved better results and experienced fewer instances of injuries compared to those who specialized earlier (Jayanthi et al, 2013). Two main intervention points are clearly addressed by the literature; a holistic approach to current training paradigms of the young athletes that will enable them to have flexibility to bounce between sport specializations as well as build their psychological resilience, and secondly upskilling of coaches and trainers of young athletes. To achieve these objectives, an innovative training initiative has been devised, which represents a departure from conventional sports training methodologies. This initiative seeks to redefine traditional athletic training paradigms by integrating dynamic elements of dance, encompassing somatic techniques, contemporary dance exercises, and rhythmic dance styles, into the training regimens of sports Central to this initiative is the conception of a multisport training experience, wherein athletes from different professionalization domains converge to engage in a collaborative learning environment."
