Description: Extend sewer lines from an adjoining community to the perimeter border of the U.S. Embassy's housing compound. The work will be done entirely on public land. This will allow the U.S. government owned housing to redirect wastewater from the current aging treatment plant to a sustainable, maintenance free service provided by the local utility company.
