Objective: The EYE-WIND for WINGS - Women INnovations for Digital Solutions and Green Sustainability Project, will have the double-fold aim of supporting European new entrepreneurs in starting, or boosting their businesses in the field of digital innovation and sustainability, by selecting and matching experienced entrepreneurs from the digital and green sectors with new entrepreneurs. The aim is to offer them a one stop shop oppurtunity to increase their skills through on-the-job training, create the condition for expanding their business, benefit from networking opportunities, elevate their entrepreneurial spirit. The experienced host entrepreneurs, in their turn, will benefit from working with entrepreneurs bringing in fresh vision, innovativeness and contributing to potentially making their businesses more vital and resilient. The EYEWIND for WINGS project will be open to any entrepreneur, however, the project will reserve a specific focus on female entrepreneurs willing to launch a new business in the digital and the green economy. The project will have a clear scope in privileging the green and digital transition when it comes to the matching between NEs and HEs. By doing so it will concretely contribute to further developing the network of the HEs, NEs and IOs participating in the programme, fostering innovation and internationalisation of European business arena, within and outside Europe. In doing so, the project has secured collaboration with key stakeholders in Canada and Singapore, facilitating the mobility of any new entrepreneur - and particularly female ones - to tap into the promising digital and green industries.
