Objective: The aim of the project is to contribute to the development of the quality of health products by mobilizing training engineering in AZ and MD. The project builds VET programs capable of transmitting the skills required by companies in the sector. The specific objectives aim to:
• Create a modular lifelong professional training system for all health product production personnel.
• Create professional training for health product quality technician which does not exist in AZ and MD
• Fill the training gap in quality control of health products by improving the skills of professionals
• Promote the integration of VET programs into quality approaches for VET (EQAVET)
• Create 2 centers of excellence to support the new continuing education offering
• Improve skills through an internship in the EU in the new disciplines of quality control of health products and in the management of digital educational resources
• Develop an e-learning platform in MD and one in AZ
• Train at least 100 professionals and at least 25 quality technicians in the new training offer The target groups are the same in each of the 2 countries (MD and AZ):
• FPC organizations (VET) • Trainers from FPC organizations in MD and AZ and support services (computer specialist, etc.)
• Staff of companies in the sector
• Refugees who already work in their country of origin. Indirect users and beneficiaries in AZ and MD: universities of pharmacy, companies in the sector, ministries of Health and Education, executives of these establishments, funding organizations and professional organizations in the product sector health. The project is ambitious and innovative in its objectives and results, the number of partners involved: 11 organizations and 5 countries.
