Objective: The DigiSkill Project (Digital Project Skills and Intercultural Collaboration for Youth) is a dynamic program designed to empower 2,500 young adults, aged 18 to 30, from six countries by equipping them with key digital and intercultural skills. This initiative aims to prepare them for contributing to the digital transformation of the economy and society. By addressing the existing skills gap in the field of digital project management and necessary soft skills like intercultural communication, the project promotes diversity, employment and tolerance, thereby improving intercultural communication and fostering important skills like critical thinking, project management, and continuous learning. Leveraging the vast experience of partner organizations in youth engagement, this project is tailored to meet the modern needs of young individuals. It builds on the insights gained from previous projects to offer a well-rounded program that promises optimal learning outcomes for all participants. At the heart of this initiative are online dialogues focused on intercultural communication and digital skills. These dialogues are interactive, aimed at fostering mutual respect, understanding, and tolerance, alongside enhancing digital literacy and encouraging intercultural discussions. Furthermore, participants will get the chance to dive deeper into digital project management through five Interactive Open Online Courses (IOOCs). These courses are designed to be engaging and will lead to the co-creation of 6 project simulations, offering hands-on digital project management experience. The project will organize yearly webinars and wrap up with a on-site closing conference to highlight its achievements and the significant impact it has had on the participants' professional and personal growth. Additionally, we will connect participants with authority bodies in the field of project management, such as PMI and IPMA organizations.
