• Improving the capacities and services of actors on both banks;

• Facilitating and promoting alignment with national and international standards, which ensure and promote the development of economic sectors and SMEs;

• Developing studies, analyses, guides, manuals, which contribute to facilitating the development of certain economic sectors and SMEs;

• Organizing capacity development activities aimed at strengthening the knowledge of OSAs and their members;

• Activities such as training, skills improvement and analysis, to increase the resilience of the business environment to existing challenges.
