The objectives of this initiative are: 1) Enhance the knowledge and understanding on the application of GRB and AE system in the planning and budgeting process from central to local level of government; 2) Prepare knowledge product and advocacy materials on GRB and AE in Nepal; 3) Prepare a project proposal for resource mobilization to expand GRB and AE principles in all sectoral ministries to the local level.
