About this grant: This renewal grant will provide support for the Greater Flint Arts Council to fund What’s Up Downtown, a placemaking project focused on programming in public spaces. The grantee will utilize the funds to support a full-time director for the project, and leverage additional resources to coordinate opportunities for residents and visitors to enjoy and participate in family-friendly activities in downtown Flint.
