2.1. Procedure

Title: Provision of support to EFSA and to ECDC in the production of the EU One Health Zoonoses report

Description: Scope of this procurement procedure is to secure a contract for the preparation of the EU One Health 2024 Zoonoses report (EUOHZ) and subsequent reports for the next three years (2025-2027). The scope also involves the enhancement and refinement of related online interactive zoonoses data visualization dashboards and zoonoses story maps (integral components of the EUOH report). 1) Preparing the EU One Health 2024 Zoonoses report (EUOHZ) and the subsequent four annual EUOHZs reports (2025, 2026, 2027, 2028), respectively during calendar years 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029, using data reported by reporting countries (in accordance with Directive 2003/99/EC). 2) Enhancing and refining related EFSA online interactive zoonoses data visualization dashboards and zoonoses story maps (integral components of the EUOH report), using data reported by reporting countries (in accordance with Directive 2003/99/EC). 3) Analysing the requirements for improvement for the report, as proposed by EFSA and ECDC. 4) Supervising the change management related to the planned refactoring of the tools used for performing the data collection process and analysis, ensuring business continuity. 5) Performing the refactoring of the interactive zoonoses data visualization dashboards and zoonoses story maps when necessary (only EFSA).
