Consulting Services, Final Design and Construction Supervision of Water Network

Project name: Communal Infrastructure Programme II – Phase 3

Description: 

• Elaboration/Update of detailed design for the rehabilitation/new construction of water network and sewage pipe system;
• Technical specifications for all goods to be supplied;
• Preparing tender documents, accompanying the tender processes (preparations of answers to the clarification requests if any, preparation of evaluation report) and preparing the award of contracts for all construction works and supply of goods and services;
• Construction supervision of construction works and accompanying during the defects liability period (DLP);
• Support for reporting to KfW, in line with KfW Reporting Requirements;
• Other measures deemed necessary and yet to be defined.
