Description: Produce two short films (1 x 10 minutes and 1 x 4 minute summary) to profile the work of the BIEM Initiative (a component of the wider Pacific-European Union Marine Partnership (PEUMP) Programme).The films will highlight community-based approaches to species management and conservation, integrated ridge to reef management, and building community resilience to climate change in Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, and Vanuatu with an emphasis on the value of gender sensitive and humanrights based approaches.
