Scope of Contract: Internal Audit Specialist.

Improve the objective and independent appraisal of all MoH activities. Advise all levels of the Ministry of Health’s management, including the District Health Services, public health facilities and hospitals aiming at improving governance, financial control and risk management at the MoH and health institutions/agencies under the MoH. The work of GIFA internal auditors on the MoH’s activities will be enhanced through Internal Audit Specialist’s technical assistance.
