The organization assists North Lawndale residents through innovative employment initiatives that lead to economic advancement and an improved quality of life. Through its varied set of initiatives and enterprises, thousands of residents of North Lawndale and other under-resourced neighborhoods, particularly those returning to the community, have been able to develop marketable skills and build the financial literacy and work experience needed to pursue continuous employment. And for justice-involved participants, these outcomes have helped to reduce further engagement with the justice system.
