Description: Provide a Business Continuity Management Simulation Exercise

As a minimum the simulation exercise must achieve the following:
• Produce evaluation and validation of organisational resilience.
• Business continuity/Crisis Management tests/exercises should be conducted in a manner which does not put DBSA’s operations at undue risk. Various forms of testing may be applied depending on the state of BCM maturity.
• Improve individual performance and organizational coordination.
• Test resource mobilization.
• Test and evaluate plans.
• Practice communication; and clarify roles and responsibilities.
