Objective:

Sustainable growth, climate change, and health care sector are interconnected topics that require collaborative strategies to ensure a balance between economic development, environmental protection, and public health. A focus on integrating climate adaptation, health care innovation, and sustainability creates a triple win: reducing the environmental impact of health care, improving public health outcomes, and fostering economic growth through new jobs and industries. Global environmental changes caused by our (human) activities are causing a consider numbers of deaths and ill health. The relationship between climate change and health care is a bidirectional one. Climate change (CC) threatens public health, and health care practice contributes to CC The provision of healthcare is, itself, a leading contributor to global heating and environmental degradation, responsible for 10% of greenhouse gas emissions. Although this fact, there is still a lack of awareness and guidance on sustainable surgical practices. The healthcare system´s pollution is creating huge health burdens resulting in a loss of about 388,000 disability-adjusted life-years in 2018 in USA. Although, the golden medical/health practice rule is Dot Not Harm, this health damage is almost at the same level of the harm CC practice Medical & Health students and professionals are well placed to understand the science and communicate the threat to health, and they must be educated to understand the urgency and scale of the issues and how to act to address them in clinical practice. The overall objectives: 1. Develop and integrate Green Educating & Training for sustainable growth & job into the regular medical and health sciences curriculum 2. Encourage new mindsets to motivate the medical & health students, practitioners, and decision makers to take responsibilities to mitigate the CC caused by health system practice 3. To assure VET& capacity building digitalization 4- Establish CC center of excellence
