Summary Scope of Contract: Aviation Legal Specialist For PASO Project: Update key PASO framework documents such as the PASO Constitution, PICASST, Host Country agreement and others; Update relevant PASO organizational documentation such as contracts, MOUs and legal requirements of PASO in accordance with international best practice and/or PASO organizational manuals; Based on legal reviews undertaken and in conjunction with PASO and the Project, identify opportunities for PASO to grow its services and provide specific advice on the legal requirements and pathways to achieve these objectives.
