Objective:

Safe and Secure Smart Mobility Parking Network Bulgaria 2.0 (24-BG-TC-SSSMTPNBULGARIA 2) aims to deliver six safe and secure parking areas (SSPA) with 816 parking places for commercial vehicles in Bulgaria. This project is a combination of greenfield projects and brownfield projects with extensions. The parking areas will be certified at the Platinum and Gold level according to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1012 of 7 April 2022 supplementing Regulation (EC) No 561/2006. The parking areas will be deployed on several parts of TEN-T Baltic Sea - Black Sea - Aegean Sea (BBA) core Corridor, thus increasing the efficiency, safety and security of the TEN-T network, in key locations serving international traffic. The locations of the SSPAs are distributed as follows: · SSSMTP Vidin: 300 spaces at Platinum-Level. · SSSMTP Ihtiman: 150 spaces at Platinum-Level (greenfield construction). · SSSMTP Nova Zagora: 95 spaces at Gold-Level. · SSSMTP Struma Phase II: 41 spaces at Platinum-Level (greenfield construction). · SSSMTP Plovdiv: 110 spaces at Gold-Level. · SSSMTP Chirpan: 120 spaces at Gold-Level.
